About Microsoft Cooperations
Microsoft Corporation is a multinational computer technology corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of software products for computing devices. Headquartered in Redmond, Washington, USA, its most profitable products are the Microsoft Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office suite of productivity software. As of the third quarter of 2009, Microsoft was ranked as the third largest company in the world, following PetroChina and ExxonMobil.
The company was founded on April 4, 1975, to develop and sell BASIC interpreters for the Altair 8800. Microsoft rose to dominate the home computer operating system market with MS-DOS in the mid-1980s, followed by the Windows line of operating systems. Many of its products have achieved near-ubiquity in the desktop computer market. One commentator notes that Microsoft's original mission was "a computer on every desk and in every home, running Microsoft software."

The editing feature in Word is actually quite amazing. I am an editor and my life is much easier since I started to use it.

I think people hate Microsoft just because their products suck. Look at Microsoft word, it’s a nightmare to work with it.

That’s just mean and unfair. The way you sound, you wouldn’t donate a single penny if you were rich.

Don’t give me all that baloney about the Bill Gates charity organizations. The guy is one of the richest people on earth. It’s easy to give when you have so much.
paula
The computer world owes a lot to Bill Gates and Microsoft. I think people tend to forget that. Also, Bill Gates has some conscience and is actually trying to help the world community.

People hate Microsoft for the simple reason that they tried to play internet neighborhood bully. Luckily, it didn’t work out for them.
loren
Why does everybody hate Microsoft so much? It’s a free world and it’s their right to try and make money. All of you wise guys would be doing exactly the same thing.

Compared to Google Chrome explorer is as slow as a snail. I think Microsoft is improving things only when the competition catches up and they understand that they have no choice.

I used to be irritated by Microsoft too, but I think they got the message. I mean, look at the new explorer versions, they work much better.

I don’t know about you, but Microsoft is getting on my nerves. Thank god for Firefox and Open Office!

Forbes’s latest billionaire list is just out and good old Bill Gates is now ‘only’ number two. Still, number two is not bad and I am willing to switch bank accounts with him any day of the week.
bobi
Bill Gates is now number two only because he gave more than thirty billion dollars to charity. I think number one is Carlos Slim Helu from Mexico.

I find it quite funny that Microsoft is now in hot pursuit of Google. The times have certainly changed as far as the balance of power is concerned.

It is rumored that the Windows 8 operating system will have a Windows apps store. I’ve seen a few screen shots and it actually looks pretty good.

What is the deal with Microsoft filing law suits against every other company in the world? It looks like they wage a war against all competitors. This really turns me off as a user.

Every time I read a news item about Microsoft I feel like shouting: “what are they doing?” I think they have been making all the wrong moves lately, especially if you think of the long term.

The current trend is to bash Microsoft and praise companies like Apple and Google, ignoring the face that Google is much more of a bully than Microsoft ever was.

I wonder if Microsoft is going to jump into the social network wagon. It will be interesting to see them competing with Facebook and Google.
emily
Microsoft should be admired for the way it climbed back to success in the last few years. Also, the way they contribute to the community and the environment should be imitated by other major companies.
