I actually prefer the new explorer to google chrome. It may be faster but the interface is really bad, at least in my opinion.
lorens
Microsoft windows used to be very intrusive. Now they either try to hide it or they really changed the way it works.
koni , מתחתנים
That is a stupid thing to say. I think you should post your social security and credit card numbers online and wait and see what happens.
rudi
If you don’t have anything to hide, you don’t have to be scared.

Internet privacy issues are very serious. Companies like Microsoft basically make money by spying on you. It’s not a very comforting feeling.
sem
Oh, come on! Enough with all the Microsoft is working with the government conspiracy theories.
roni , מכללה
They don’t., but other people that may get access to that information would be very interested.
kit
You don’t have to sacrifice privacy. There are ways to protect your privacy. Besides, do you think Mircrosoft or Google care about your credit card number or social security number?
hilery , חינוך לגיל הרך
It’s not that Google doesn’t know everything about you and Facebook and the list goes on. We sacrificed privacy for convenience a long time ago.

Let’s talk 1984 here for a moment. If you have a PC and you are using windows and you also browse the internet using explorer Microsoft knows virtually everything about you!
bob , סאמר סקול
I am one of the old fashioned people that stuck with Microsoft’s Office and Explorer. Maybe it’s just a matter of getting used to the graphics or the way they work, but I don’t like the alternatives.
lorens , בתי השקעות
Microsoft is about to launch explorer nine. They say that the browser will offer a more beautiful web. Funny. Are they panicking because more and more people use Chrome?
ron , מצלמות דיגיטליות
I don’t think Microsoft has any reason to panic. I think more people still use explorer than chrome. Besides, they are big enough to handle competition.
wily
It’s not the question of how many people use explorer or chrome, it’s the fact that chrome is much faster and better. It will be interesting to see the explorer 9. I bet it will look and feel a lot like google chrome does.
omer , הלוואות חוץ בנקאיות
Microsoft internet explorer 10 was previewed in Las Vegas. It looks pretty impressive but I think people will continue to prefer Firefox and Chrome.
ron
I find the Microsoft Bing search engine to be much better than Google. Most of my friends disagree but I find the search results to be more focused.
martin
I’ve been positively surprised by the quality of the Bing search engine, which is now owned by Microsoft. I found the results to be surprisingly focused and helpful.
lia
It’s not bad but it still has a long way to go before it will get even close to Google. A close comparison will reveal vast differences in quality and variety.
gabi
Looks like Microsoft is on the rise again after a few years of slowing down. I think some better management decisions were a key factor.
simi
They say people are going back to using explorer but I find it to be much inferior to all the other major browsers out there. It’s still light ages away from Chrome and Firefox.
